• Install mPocket POS from the Google Play Store • Accept the Terms & Privacy Policy • Create an account or log in • Complete your store profile (name, address, contact, currency, tax info) • Add your first products to inventory • Setup Bluetooth printer for receipts (Optional)

• Open the Sales page from the bottom navigation • Tap an item to add it to cart (tap again to increase quantity) • Tap the cart badge to open the cart • Adjust quantities / remove items if needed • Tap “Checkout” to open sale details • Add customer & payment details and confirm sale • Receipt screen opens: print, share, or close Tip: Make sure your printer is connected before printing receipts.
From the dashboard open the Receipts card, select a transaction, then choose Print or Share from the bottom sheet.
• Open Stock to manage inventory • Use the + button to add new items or edit existing items • Set quantity, cost price, selling price, tax, and reorder level • Mark items active/inactive instead of deleting where possible Keep your stock updated for accurate reports.
• Open the Expenses card on the dashboard • Tap the + button to add a new expense (rent, utilities, transport) • Assign category, amount, and optional notes • Expenses appear in reports and profit/loss summary
• Open Customers from the dashboard • Tap + to add a new customer (name, phone, optional email) • Edit or delete customers from the list actions menu
• Link a sale to a customer when creating it • If the customer pays partially, the remaining balance is recorded as due • Use the Due/Customer Due card to view outstanding balances Always link credit sales to a customer for clear follow-up.
• Open Settings from bottom navigation • Tap “Account settings” to open your profile • Tap “Edit account” and save changes
• Go to Settings • Tap “Reset password” • Follow the steps to confirm your identity and set a new password Keep your email/phone updated for account recovery.
Yes. • Open Store Settings from the dashboard • Tap + to add a new store and save • Tap a store item to Edit, Delete, or Make default • Reports and data update based on the selected store Use separate stores for different locations or branches.
• Power on printer and load thermal paper • Open Bluetooth settings on your phone • Search and pair your printer model • Confirm LED shows stable connection • Open mPocket POS > Bluetooth settings • Select the paired printer and grant permissions • Tap “Print test receipt” to confirm Supports most 58mm (2-inch) or 80mm (3-inch) Bluetooth receipt printers.
• Open Settings • Tap “Delete data” / “Reset app” • Read the warning and confirm Note: This removes local data on your device. If your data is synced to a remote server, server-side backups may still exist according to your subscription and policy. This action cannot be undone—export important data first.
• Printer offline: enable Bluetooth and restart the printer • App crashes: clear app cache in Android Settings • Sync failed: check internet connection and try manual refresh • Blank reports: confirm correct date range and active store
